Rod's Tire & Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our
team in Medina, TN. If you're looking for a Monday through Friday schedule, a family-

Medina, TN | Full-Time | $35–$50/hr Flat Rate

Whether you're diagnosing complex issues or completing routine maintenance, you'll
have the support of experienced service advisors and a shop committed to delivering
outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns on a variety of vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
• Complete inspections and identify additional service needs when appropriate
• Maintain quality workmanship while following shop procedures
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an excellent
customer experience

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
