Medina, TN (Jackson, TN Job Market) | Full-Time | $55,000–$100,000/year (Commission-Based)

Rod’s Tire & Automotive, a long-standing, independently owned shop in Medina, TN, is seeking an outgoing and motivated Automotive Service Consultant. This role is based in Medina, but we are actively recruiting in the Jackson, TN market to attract top talent.

About the Role
You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a great service experience while maximizing sales opportunities. If you are a strong communicator with a passion for helping people, this is your chance to join a supportive team and grow in your automotive career.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
  • Recommend repairs and services that meet customer needs
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate service
  • Keep customers informed on repair status and timing
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales and customer service skills (experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is helpful but not required)
  • Ability to connect with people and guide customers through service decisions
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and team player
